To know if the pair is above the moving average, the DPO must be above the zero line, which is a bullish sign. But when the DPO is below the zero line, the pair is below the moving average, which is a bearish sign. To know how to buy and sell, buy when the DPO crosses above the zero line and sell when the DPO crosses below the zero line.
