Well, let’s first REVEAL why so many expert advisors fail to deliver: First of all, most EA’s are based on a Martingale or Grid strategy, that keeps on adding to an already losing position without proper use of a stop loss to protect capital. This is either done by doubling up (Martingale) where every new order has twice the amount of lots as the former one, or by just opening extra positions every X pips. Will Forex Cruncher work with my broker?Yes, Forex Cruncher works with every broker that uses the Metatrader 4 platform. Since we optimized it for the EURUSD, it is best to select a broker with low spread on the eurusd. We recommend a spread of 1.5pip (=15 points for a 5digit broker) or less. If your broker doesn’t offer these low spreads, contact us and we’ll give you a list of excellent forex brokers that have the lowest spread available!
Does Forex Cruncher also work on other currency pairs besides EURUSD?Yes it does. We keep on optimizing it for more and more pairs. These optimized presets will be available for free on the “Tools” page, so check that page regularly to get the latest presets! Make sure you use different Magicnumbers for each pair!
What are the minimum PC requirements to use Forex Cruncher?Forex Cruncher needs to run continuously while the markets are open to produce the results mentioned on this website. So you’ll need a computer running 24/5 and connected to the internet. We advise to use a VPS (Virtual Private Server) to run your metatrader 4 platform with Forex Cruncher. If already have some expert advisors running on my metatrader software. Is this a problem?No, this is no problem what so ever. You just need to make sure you use a different ‘magic number’ for each expert advisor. Just make sure that your broker allows Hedging, as 2 different EA’s can have opposite trades.
